Norwich ticket gone from pbone

Is it anyone else had their Norwich ticket go from their phone.
Mine was on there from the first game that was cancelled and it went in to the expired pass section.
Then the date on it changed to this Wednesday and someone on a different chat site said it could be used.
Now is gone from my phone altogether.
It seems to be happening to a few people who have just noticed their ticket is not there anymore.

Credit where its due after inadvertently deleting the email containing my ticket details i was pleasantly surprised when visiting the ticket office at 7.20 last night, no queues, every window open and fast efficient service in getting my ticket reprinted.

I now take a screenshot of the tickets when emailed with the barcode enlarged which has worked fine for me.
I had problems getting in at the Leicester game.using printed and original email tkts.

Supporters who cannot locate their original email containing their match ticket will need to follow the instructions below on how to ‘download your match ticket’
Supporters will firstly need to head to the ‘log in’ section of the Club website. You will then be asked to click on the person/profile icon (which can be found in the top right hand corner of the page, highlighted by a red dot) to show the information below:

I assume the original tickets if printed off will still be valid for tonight?

I always take a printed copy as back up anyway.
I assume the original tickets if printed off will still be valid for tonight?

I saw that someone else said this on Facebook this morning. Mine had also disappeared last week so I reloaded it from the original e-mail - but I checked again and that's now gone completely.
You need to log into the ticketing site and e-mail the ticket to yourself again, then add it the usual way - it then appears as normal.
Complete balls-up. I can see there being problems at the turnstiles tonight.

mine went into my 'expired passes' below the live ones, even when i reloaded it
but the date on the expired one is today so should work

Go back to your original email with the link on (mine arrived Dec 2nd) & reload & you will have tonights ticket
